Rooster Red
A wine that is full of life, the “Rooster” is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec. This wine is superbly balanced and tastes of red berries, earthy tones and intriguing spices. This wine is extremely complex and bold, much like a "Bordeaux Blend." After an aromatic nose of black pepper and lavender, you’ll notice peppery sensations along with plum and chili pepper on the palate.
Chardonnay
This vintage was aged in oak and holds a very bold, rich, a full-bodied flavor. Up front you will get hints of soft vanilla and tangy pineapple. It finishes on a smooth and buttery note and leaves you wanting to take another sip.
Seyval Blanc
This crisp, fruit forward white wine is a great choice for any time. Seyval Blanc is a fruity and dry wine with a slight citrus twinge of lemon and grapefruit.
Cabernet Franc
Silky and smooth, this Cabernet Franc has a luxurious mouth-feel. You get a hint of vanilla and cocoa on the nose, the flavor of blackberries and black cherry with a touch of cinnamon, and a long, lingering finish that leaves the palate satisfied and longing for more!
JB Carménère
Our JB Carménère 2021 is a captivating and powerful wine that showcases the remarkable potential of this unique grape variety. Hailing from the esteemed vineyards of Virginia, this Carménère reflects the region's distinctive terroir and winemaking expertise, resulting in a wine that is both bold and sophisticated.
The Founder
In this wine 'The Founder' we have used all five of the Bordeaux wines. Cabernet Sauvignon is used for power, structure and aging potential. Merlot is used for rich fruit flavors and as a smoothing agent. Cabernet Franc is used for smoothing texture and adding earthiness. Malbec is used for dark rich color. Petit Verdot is used for structure and body.
