Growing Conditions

The 2020 growing season was marked by a combination of warm days and cool nights, resulting in optimal ripening conditions for both Seyval Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. With careful attention to vineyard management and a focus on sustainable practices, we were able to harvest grapes with excellent balance, flavor, and acidity.


The nose reveals enticing aromas of white peach, apricot, and honeysuckle, with subtle notes of vanilla and toast from the gentle oak aging process.


On the palate, this wine offers a rich and textured mouthfeel with flavors of ripe stone fruits, pear, and a touch of citrus. The elegant blend of Seyval Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc imparts a well-balanced and vibrant acidity, followed by a long, satisfying finish.


The Founder White Wine presents a beautiful golden hue with bright and clear highlights, reflecting the wine's freshness and complexity.

This versatile wine pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes, including grilled seafood, roasted chicken, creamy pastas, and soft cheeses. It also serves as a delightful aperitif or accompaniment to light appetizers.


While The Founder White Wine is ready to be enjoyed now, it has the potential to develop further complexity and depth with careful cellaring for up to 3-5 years.
